Inflammation is the cause of most, if not all disease. But what is the cause of inflammation. Why not treat inflammation with anti-inflammatories?
Inflammation is typically caused by a poor environment. What makes up a poor environment? I could write several articles on this but to keep it brief…
It all goes down to the cellular level. The cell wall has to have the proper enviroment to work properly. If there is inflammation present the cell can’t let nutrients in properly and can’t let toxins out. When toxins can’t get out, the cell itself can’t function properly. The energy producing organelle called the mitochondria can’t produce energy, the DNA and RNA (your genetic material) can’t function properly and you end up with disease.
This sounds like a simple solution but like most short cuts they have devistating results. I am not saying don’t ever take an anti-inflammatory but when you begin to depend on them day after day they begin to create problems. This may come as a surprise but our bodies depend on inflammation to heal. That’s right, inflammation is actually part of the normal cascade of reactions in the body that are needed for the body to heal. It is only when inflammation goes unchecked and is constant that it becomes a problem.
Do youhave any of the symptoms listed above? Are you taking over the counter medications or perscriptions? If so, more than likely you have inflammation and your body is suffering from disease.
Make a commitment to begin to eat, drink and think healthier.
If this seems overwhelming or you don’t know where to start, call and make an appointment for a consultation and have an EsTeck Scan done. (see the previous article on the EsTeck scanner)
